Our Events Planning Hub is the team responsible for the planning and organising of all events for the Church without Walls and Global Prophetic Alliance South Africa.
The Events Planning Hub handles everything from the initial planning of the event, the sourcing of venues, ensuring deadlines - in terms of the planning process - are met, handling pre-site visits, the onsite setup of the venue and, of course, takedown and clean up.
We also do everything in between, such as marketing, financial planning, managing registrations etc.
Events include the planning of our compulsory Egeirõ School of Prophets bi-annual intensives (weekends away), our annual conferences, any scheduled or ad-hoc meetings, training, celebrations, socials, ordinations and graduations.
It is always more fun than just the organising and managing of events.
You get to be creative, you get to serve in the form of planning and executing events and often it is as easy as bringing people together around food and fellowship.
